A weekend just for you — to resource your nervous system

What if the deepest form of self care is simply creating time and space to slow down, return to your natural rhythm and allow your body to settle into itself.

This Retreat offers a gentle reset as we move from Winter into Spring — a time when many people feel the residue of depletion yet sense the desire for renewal.

The weekend unfolds in three phases, each building on the last:

First we arrive and ground — through warmth, food, and simple nourishment The nervous system cannot receive subtle work before it feels safe. Saturday morning cookery is where the reset actually begins.

Then we open into deeper regulation — through the oils and restorative practices Once nourished and settled, Bergamot, Geranium, and Yoga Nidra can work at a deeper level.

Finally we integrate — through daily rhythm and the closing with Lavender Sunday's session gives you practical tools to carry the steadiness of the weekend into ordinary life.

Held entirely online, the Retreat allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home — without travel, pressure, or disruption to your natural rhythm.

Nourishment & Cookery

Food can be one of the most powerful ways to support the nervous system

During the retreat you will learn to prepare simple, deeply nourishing dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles that calm Vata and restore steadiness.

We will prepare together:

• Cumin, Coriander & Fennel Tea
• A warming breakfast bowl
• Vegetable or chicken “Soul” soup
• Healing broth from scratch
• Spiced nuts
• Ojas-building bliss balls
• Golden Milk — the Ayurvedic evening elixir

Whether you are omnivore or vegetarian the principles can be applied to your own way of eating.

The recipe pack includes lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan variations.

AromaPoints Essential Oils

Three pure essential oils accompany the retreat, arriving in sequence — each supporting a different phase of your nervous system journey.

Bergamot — Opening the Door Lightness, self-acceptance, emotional breathing space. The entry point oil that helps the nervous system remember it is safe to soften. Arrives Saturday afternoon.

Geranium — Heart Regulation Heart coherence, trust, emotional steadiness. After Bergamot opens the emotional field, Geranium brings containment and balance. Arrives Saturday afternoon into evening.

Lavender — Integration & Completion Nervous system settling, integration of experience, gentle closure. Lavender is not an opening oil — it is the completion oil. It arrives on Sunday to bring everything home.

You will be guided in AromaPoints practices with each oil — working with specific acupoints to support calm, grounding, and emotional regulation.

These include:

Why this retreat is supportive

Why this retreat is supportive

The Retreat supports nervous system balance through four foundations of regulation:

• Nourishing food that grounds, warms, and restores
• Pure Essential Oils and AromaPoints for emotional and nervous system support
• Rhythm and structure that create predictability and safety in the body
• Deep rest that allows repair and integration

Because the retreat happens at home, your body can settle more easily — without travel, pressure, or additional stimulation.

This retreat is nervous system medicine

You are invited to rest within a supportive container where learning, experience and integration unfold naturally.

The Differences

Biodynamic Medicine is the foundation of this work, offering deep support for your Bio (Life) Dynamic (Energy) and the natural self-regulation of the nervous system.

Ayurvedic Dinacharya

In Ayurveda, Vata balance is supported through rhythm and structure. During the Retreat we explore simple daily practices that create gentle boundaries, helping the body settle and restore its natural flow.

Ayurvedic Food and Nutrition

I teach the principles of Ayurveda rather than prescribing a rigid diet. Vegan, vegetarian and omnivore approaches are all welcome and the principles adapt beautifully to different ways of eating.

This weekend may be supportive if you

• Feel that winter has left your nervous system depleted or overstimulated
• Long for more steadiness, rhythm, and nourishment in your daily life
• Are curious about Ayurveda and how food, oils, and daily practices support the nervous system
• Would like a structured yet gentle reset without needing to travel or take time away
• Value learning practical tools that you can continue using after the retreat

No previous experience with Ayurveda or Pure Essential oils is required.

How you may feel after the weekend

Participants often describe leaving the retreat with:

• A calmer, more settled nervous system
• Practical daily rhythms that support steadiness
• Greater confidence preparing nourishing Ayurvedic meals
• A deeper understanding of how essential oils support emotional balance
• Simple practices they can return to whenever life becomes demanding

The intention of the retreat is not to overwhelm you with information but to give you a lived experience of different parts of the work that you can enjoy coming back to for further TLC

Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda or have attended other workshops?
No. This retreat is self-contained and suitable for beginners. Everything will be explained clearly and you will be gently guided through each part of the weekend.

What if I cannot attend everything live?
All sessions are recorded and yours to keep with lifetime access. You are welcome to attend as much or as little live as feels right for you and return to the recordings afterwards.

Do I need to cook along during the sessions

Not at all. You are welcome to cook along live if you enjoy that experience, or simply watch and prepare the recipes afterwards in your own time. The aim is to keep the weekend spacious and supportive rather than pressured.

The cookery is designed to provide simple, nourishing foods that support the retreat. Together we will prepare healthy snacks and a soothing evening drink during our sessions, and a nourishing meal that can be enjoyed across both Saturday and Sunday, so there is no additional cooking required.

I am not in the UK. Can I still join?
Yes. This is a live online retreat and participants are welcome to join from anywhere.

If you are outside the UK, I am happy to ship the oils to you. Please allow sufficient time for international delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes that may arise are the responsibility of the recipient.

If shipping is not possible within the timeframe, I will guide you in sourcing suitable oils locally so that you can still participate fully in the retreat.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
The recipes and principles shared during the retreat are adaptable and suitable for different dietary needs. Vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore approaches are all welcome, and variations are included in the recipe pack.

Will I receive the oils in time?
The oils will be sent as soon as you complete your booking. I will do my best to ensure they reach you before the retreat begins. For international deliveries, please allow additional time for shipping.

What do I need to prepare before the retreat?
You will receive a welcome email with preparation guidance, including simple ingredients to have ready for the cookery sessions and suggestions for creating a comfortable space at home for the weekend.

How many people will be on the retreat? This is an intentionally small and intimate gathering, so that everyone feels held and supported throughout the weekend.

Will there be time to ask questions or connect with others? Yes. Each session includes space for questions and reflection, and there will be opportunities to connect with fellow participants throughout the weekend.

What Participants are saying

"Corinna's work is exceptionally professional. Her meditation sessions create total relaxation - I lose all sense of stress in my body. Her voice has a lovely, caring quality that allows the words to guide us in our own way. These sessions are uplifting and offer something meaningful to carry with you throughout the day. Though I was hesitant about video at first, I soon discovered a safe, welcoming space. Being part of a group of like-minded people has become something I genuinely enjoy."

Frances - Meditation Participant

"The recipes are just delicious. As a Vata dosha, I am feeling wonderfully grounded and nourished both from cooking together in community and eating my delicious creations. A key part of the feeling for me is in the preparation and making of the food - particularly together - where we can ask questions and share our creations too. It has been a joy to join Corinna and cook in this way - ongoing learning, integration, and mindful eating - and feeling better for it."

Sarah - Ease into Vata Cookery Workshop Participant

"Corinna nurtures each member of her community as if we are part of her Enchanted Garden - each of us needing soil, light, water, and attentive care. She creates a place where we feel held, seen and able to grow. How wonderful that a tiny drop of oil can make such a difference when applied to the right point on the body. After using them for only a short time, I found I could naturally tune in to when I needed them. The precision and care in the AromaPoints practice reflects the intelligence woven through all of Corinna's work."
