For over twenty-five years I have had the privilege of accompanying clients as they deepen into their own vibrant nature.
This has grown through my work as a Licensed Biodynamic Psychotherapist and, over the past decade, through pure essential oils and Ayurveda.
This introduction is my gift to you — a way of sharing a practice that has brought such riches to my own life and to my clients, family and friends. I do hope it speaks to you as much as it has to me and them.

Each practice asks only a single drop of ready-diluted oil, rested lightly on one chosen point. No massage. No pressure. Only a moment of relationship.
Working with the Oils
These practices can be met in two ways. If you would like to work with essential oils at home, please be sure they are well diluted — no more than ten percent in a carrier oil — before they touch the skin. And if you have no oils to hand, the experience is just as welcome as a quiet meditation, a little time and space held open for you.
Should you wish to go further, Lavender, Bergamot and Geranium are each available ready-diluted and ready to use through my website, each paired with a second-step programme, at £35.
