A Free Monthly Gathering
where the way you live becomes the way you heal and thrive
A gentle monthly gathering exploring how Ayurveda can support modern life through food, rhythm, rest, meditation and pure essential oils.
Curious about Ayurveda — and how it could help you feel your very best through the summer? Come and join me for a gentle evening exploring the Pitta dosha and simple, nourishing ways to support ourselves as the heat rises.
Ayurveda is often described as the science of life — but at its heart, it is really the art of living well.
Rather than separating wellbeing from daily life, Ayurveda understands that the way we eat, rest, move, breathe, think and care for ourselves each day profoundly shapes how we feel.
In modern life, many of us live in ways that unintentionally increase stress, overstimulation, inflammation and nervous system overwhelm — especially during the intensity of the summer season.
Ayurveda offers a gentler approach.
Not through perfection or rigid routines, but through simple shifts that help life feel more nourishing, grounded and sustainable again.
In Ayurveda, summer is governed by Pitta — the fire element within the body and mind.
When balanced, Pitta supports clarity, vitality, healthy digestion, confidence and warmth.
When excessive, it can leave us feeling overheated, emotionally reactive, depleted, restless, inflamed, exhausted or unable to properly switch off.
During this evening together, we will explore simple Ayurvedic ways to support balance through the warmer months — helping us feel calmer, clearer and more supported from within.
This is a relaxed and welcoming evening designed to gently introduce Ayurveda in a practical, accessible and enjoyable way.
You do not need any previous experience or knowledge.
Whether you are completely new to Ayurveda, curious about seasonal wellbeing, or simply longing to feel a little more balanced through the summer months, you are warmly welcome.
Come exactly as you are.
