About — Corinna Kitchen
Senior Licensed Biodynamic Psychotherapist
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
…and for as long as I can remember, an Editor.
Refining what genuinely supports our health and wellbeing on the deepest level.
My work brings together biodynamic medicine and psychotherapy, Ayurvedic lifestyle medicine and pure essential oils — working through the meridian system as a form of vibrational medicine.
Individually, each brings its own quiet support to regulate, restore and nourish. Woven together, they form an integrated approach to the nervous system, the body, the mind and the deeper intelligence that governs our wellbeing — supporting greater resilience, clarity and capacity in daily life.
We are not looking to fix anything — more to realign and fine-tune. To come back to our own nature, in tune with life.
So that your system can heal and more easily return to — and maintain — its natural state of balance, vitality and clarity.
Individually, each is powerful. Woven together, they form an integrated approach — for the nervous system, the body, the mind and the deeper intelligence that governs our wellbeing.
A somatic, body-centred approach that works with the body's own intelligence — its rhythms, impulses and self-regulating nature. The deepest, most foundational strand of the work — and the ground that all else sits on.
The ancient science of life — guided by nature itself. Personalised to your unique constitution, Ayurveda offers practical, nourishing tools through food, rhythm and daily practice to restore balance at every level.
Working through the meridian system as a form of vibrational medicine — a direct, immediate way to settle the nervous system and shift how you feel. Brilliant, enjoyable and immediate — and simple to bring into your life.
This work is inherently adaptable, because it is guided by nature itself — not by rigid systems or formulas. At the heart of Ayurveda is the understanding that there is no one way. There is only what is appropriate for you.
Part of my work is helping you develop the sensitivity to read your own rhythms, needs and nature — and to move towards a more sovereign, connected way of living.
For much of my early career, I worked as a fashion editor. My role was to see what worked, what did not and how to bring something into its most aligned and coherent form.
That instinct has stayed with me. Over many years, I studied and worked across a range of therapeutic and healing disciplines, always asking the same question: what genuinely supports health, wellbeing and lasting change? What helps us feel better, live more fully and return to a greater sense of balance?
Ayurveda Wellbeing is the result of that journey. It brings together more than two decades of study, clinical practice and lived experience into one coherent approach.
Over the past two years, a trusted circle has been exploring and piloting this work alongside me. Their experiences, reflections and feedback have helped shape its evolution.
I am deeply grateful to those who have been part of this from its earliest and often challenging stages, offering their trust, encouragement and insight along the way. Their support has helped shape what this work has become.
"To see what worked, what did not — and how to bring something into its most aligned and coherent form."
After all, our life experience is largely determined by how we feel
This work continues to evolve. I am continually listening to what resonates, what feels most helpful and what people are seeking support with. In many ways the community helps shape what comes next.
If there is something you are looking for and cannot find, or a question you would like answered, I warmly invite you to join one of the monthly free gatherings. I will do my best to offer some insight.
Extensive postgraduate and interdisciplinary training.
"How we live becomes the medicine — and beauty, pleasure and ease are not luxuries but necessities."
This work has consistently supported me through periods of challenge, intensity and change — supporting me to be vulnerable, to surrender and soften, whilst building real resilience. It is a privilege to now share it with others.
