Where is it?

Central Lewes — walkable from the station, with easy parking nearby. The full address and directions are sent on sign-up.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes. It's a very relaxed evening.

Do I need experience with essential oils?

No. Everything is gently introduced step by step. The evening is designed to be a genuine introduction — beginners are especially welcome.

Are refreshments included?

Yes — Ayurvedic drinks and seasonal treats, served as a gentle pause partway through the evening.

How many people will be at the evening?

A small intentional gathering — small enough that everyone has space and time.

Will I be expected to share personally?

No. There is no requirement to speak or share at any point. You are warmly welcome simply to be present and receive.

Will I have anything to take home after the evening?

Yes. You will leave with your own high-quality, ready-to-use Lavender oil and your illustrated AromaPoints cards. You will also have access to a private online space with reference videos and accompanying PDFs to support your continuing practice. You will leave with the experience and the knowledge to continue working with Lavender to support your nervous system as and when you need. And should you wish to continue with the Aromatic Soul Journey or another oil session, you will be given a founding-attendee discount.

Is Lavender safe to use?

Lavender is known as one of the safest oils to work with. The oils we work with are high quality and safely pre-diluted, ready to use. You are supported to work at your own pace.

Is this suitable if I'm sensitive or easily overwhelmed?

Yes. The evening is intentionally paced for nervous system safety. Lavender is one of the most balancing and gentle oils — and the practice is carefully held and appropriate for sensitive participants.
