Monthly Meditations - Commit to the Year This is an invitation to commit to time and space for you You're purchasing access to all monthly live meditations from April through December 2025. On sign up you will be given access to a private space on the platform where every recording from January 2025 - January 2026 lives permanently - upload after the live session.

Each session offers a calm, held space to build a steady meditation practice that supports you through the seasons.
