Meditation can be simple - a time and space to come together with ourselves and with each other, as we create the conditions for our nervous systems to settle, our breath to soften and our bodies to feel safe enough to deeply rest.
This is a place to slow down, reconnect with body and breath and remember your natural steadiness and pure nature beneath what can sometimes feel like the noise of daily life.
