In this practical cookery workshop you will learn how to prepare a nourishing Vata-balancing meal designed to calm, ground and support nervous system regulation.
You will also learn simple Ayurvedic food and nutrition principles that you can bring into your everyday meals, whether your diet is vegan, vegetarian or includes meat and fish.
You can cook along with the recording or watch first and return to the recipes whenever you wish.

Beetroot roasted until tender (prepared ahead) warmed in ghee with aromatic fennel and topped with spiced yogurt, walnuts and coriander.

Comforting and Deeply Medicinal
Sweet root vegetables, warming spices and creamy coconut milk create the perfect medicine for restless Vata energy. Choose a chicken or vegetable version - both served with cumin-scented basmati rice and toasted cashews.

Made with rice flour, milk, ground almonds, and precious saffron. This mixture transforms naturally into a custard-like cream. A delicious dessert that does not weigh you down but supports you.
