If you are new to Ayurveda, the Beginner’s Ayurveda Foundation offers a gentle six-week guided introduction to constitution, digestion, seasonal rhythm and simple daily practices you can use for life. Each week includes a structured module and a live Wednesday integration session for reflection and questions.

Begin with a Sustained Sensory Journey

The 10-Oil Monthly Pathway is a progressive year-long arc. Each session deepens the last, and your complete oil collection builds month by month. Next Programme starts 16 April
