When you understand your unique constitution and rhythms it becomes much easier to recognise what supports you — and what unsettles your system.

is an Ayurvedic Consultant and Biodynamic Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience in Holistic Wellbeing. Her work integrates Ayurvedic food and lifestyle guidance, nervous system-aware therapeutic practice, and AromaPoints using pure essential oils, creating a deeply practical and embodied approach to health and wellbeing.
