Three days to Resource Your Nervous System

What if the deepest form of care is learning to truly resource yourself — creating time and space to slow down, return to your natural rhythm, and let your body remember what safety and deep rest feels like?

This retreat is for the woman whose mind is moving too fast.
Whose body feels depleted.
Who longs for steadiness and deep rest, but does not quite know how to build it from within.

This is medicine for Vata imbalance — when life feels scattered, cold, and overstimulating. When anxiety hums beneath everything. When sleep is elusive, digestion is sensitive, and your inner ground feels shaky.

Over this weekend, you will be guided through simple, grounded practices that support regulation, nourishment, and integration — drawing on Ayurvedic wisdom, nervous system understanding, and aromatic medicine.

You will learn:

  • What Vata imbalance is and why it is so common

  • How daily rhythm (Dinacharya) creates real steadiness

  • How to prepare simple, nourishing food that supports the nervous system

  • How to create sustainable structure that calms rather than controls

  • The depth of Pure Essential oils and working with AromaPoints to support nervous system settling

Nourishment & Cookery

Learn to cook food as nervous system medicine - simple, deeply nourishing dishes that balance Vata and restore steadiness.

We will prepare together:

  • Cumin, Coriander & Fennel Tea

  • A warming Breakfast Bowl

  • Vegetable or Chicken 'Soul' soup

  • Healing broth from scratch

  • Satisfying spiced nuts

  • Bliss Balls (sweet energy no crash)

  • Golden Milk (the Ayurvedic elixir)

Whether you are omnivore or vegetarian you will learn principles you can apply to your own way of eating.

All recipes are preservative - free , no sugar, no caffeine or alcohol. Recipe Pack includes lactose-free, gluten free and vegan variations

The Three Oils Journey

This retreat weaves three pure essential oils through the weekend. Each supports a different aspect of your nervous system reset:

Bergamot - arrival, opening, balancing
A brightening companion for self-acceptance, confidence, lightness, and gentle optimism.

Geranium - love & trust, feminine wisdom and heart-holding
A harmoniser for emotions, steadiness, and reciprocity.

Lavender — integration, completion, deep rest. A soft settling into calm, safety and deep nervous system ease.

You will be guided in simple AromaPoints practices using these oils to support calm, grounding, and emotional regulation

Breath, Movement, Deep Rest

Movement, Nervous-system friendly practices that support rather than deplete:

  • Gentle flow

  • Restorative movement

  • Grounding pranayama

  • Simple meditation and intention-setting

Deep Rest is where the reset truly happens:

What Participants are saying

"Corinna's work is exceptionally professional. Her meditation sessions create total relaxation - I lose all sense of stress in my body. Her voice has a lovely, caring quality that allows the words to guide us in our own way. These sessions are uplifting and offer something meaningful to carry with you throughout the day. Though I was hesitant about video at first, I soon discovered a safe, welcoming space. Being part of a group of like-minded people has become something I genuinely enjoy."

Frances - Meditation Participant

"The recipes are just delicious. As a Vata dosha, I am feeling wonderfully grounded and nourished both from cooking together in community and eating my delicious creations. A key part of the feeling for me is in the preparation and making of the food - particularly together - where we can ask questions and share our creations too. It has been a joy to join Corinna and cook in this way - ongoing learning, integration, and mindful eating - and feeling better for it."

Sarah - Ease into Vata Cookery Workshop Participant

"Corinna nurtures each member of her community as if we are part of her Enchanted Garden - each of us needing soil, light, water, and attentive care. She creates a place where we feel held, seen and able to grow. How wonderful that a tiny drop of oil can make such a difference when applied to the right point on the body. After using them for only a short time, I found I could naturally tune in to when I needed them. The precision and care in the AromaPoints practice reflects the intelligence woven through all of Corinna's work."
